1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using benemoneys.com (the “Site”), operated by Benemoney, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old (19 where applicable law requires) and a U.S. resident to submit a loan connection request.

2. The Service

Benemoney is a loan connection service: we transmit the request you submit to participating third-party lenders, who decide independently whether to respond with offers. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, do not guarantee that any request will receive offers, and are not a party to any loan agreement you sign. All loan terms — amounts, APRs, fees, schedules — are set by lenders and governed by the agreements between you and them.

3. No Borrower Fees

The Site and the connection service are free to borrowers. We are compensated by lenders as described in the Advertiser & Lending Disclosure. Anyone demanding payment from you in Benemoney’s name is committing fraud; report it to [email protected].

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information in any request; to submit requests only for yourself, with your own information; and to use the Site lawfully. Misrepresentation in a loan request may violate federal and state law, and may cause lenders to decline or unwind offers. You are responsible for reviewing any lender’s terms before signing and for the obligations any signed agreement creates.

5. Site Content Is Educational

Guides, calculators, examples, and every figure on the Site are estimates provided for education and planning. They are not financial, legal, or credit advice, not offers or quotes, and not guarantees of any outcome. Only a lender’s written documents state binding terms. We work to keep content accurate and current, and we do not warrant that it is error-free; where Site content and a lender document conflict, the lender document controls.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site’s content, design, and branding are owned by Benemoney or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; scraping, republishing, or misrepresenting affiliation is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Benemoney IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE, NOR FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, TERMS, OR PRODUCTS OF ANY LENDER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where law prohibits a limitation above, it applies to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Governing Law; Changes; Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute not subject to another agreed forum will be brought in courts located in Tennessee.
